After School Program

Art
Art is taught daily during the school day and as part of our After-School Program by Mr. Cesar at 200 W Centennial Ave.

Dance
Dance offers numerous benefits for children, including:
Physical Health: Improves cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, and spatial awareness.
Social Skills: Encourages teamwork, communication, and trust-building. It also helps children form new friendships and boosts their confidence.
Dance is a key component of the overall educational wellness we promote at RCA.

Our music and band program fosters creativity, discipline, and a love for music. Students explore instruments, music theory, and performance.

STEM
Our STEM program engages students with hands-on learning experiences that develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation.

This collaboration brings pre-college educational programming to our students, designed to spark interest in STEM fields and prepare them for future academic and career success in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Chess Club
Chess fosters strategic thinking, concentration, and problem-solving. It also promotes patience, sportsmanship, and the ability to plan ahead.

Cooking
Cooking is a unique activity that helps children develop a wide range of skills. It enhances math, science, language, motor development, art, and social skills—all through hands-on experiences in the kitchen.

Sewing
Sewing teaches patience, creativity, and attention to detail. Students develop fine motor skills and gain a sense of accomplishment as they create their own projects.

Girl Scouts
The Girl Scouts program empowers young girls to develop leadership, teamwork, and life skills, all while building friendships and giving back to the community.

Girl HQ
Girl HQ is a safe and supportive space designed to inspire young girls to develop confidence, leadership, and personal growth through engaging activities and teamwork.
